Owner, wearer off all hats, Mags van der Veen, has created a menu that serves elevated items that are no stranger to anyone but rather the ingredient combinations will surprise the palette. Influenced by Dutch European cuisine. Baking is approached with simple ingredients. We like to call it “low intervention” baking!
The menu is approachable but will still invoke curiosity.
